Shipping & Returns - DayMark Safety Systems

 

Shipping:

DayMark Safety Systems will select from UPS or FedEx for our primary carriers in ground delivery of our products unless otherwise specified by the customer.

 

Returns:

DayMark reserves the right to charge a 20%restocking fee for the processing of a return.

Clearance, closeout, reduced priced, phased out, discontinued items are noteligible for return.

“Custom”products (defined as a unique product produced for a specific customer that cannot be sold to other customers) are notcovered under this policy.

DayMark will accept return of “non custom”items (defined as a standard offering that can be brought back and resold to other customers) only under the following conditions:

■ All items must be in the original packaging.
■ Must have all the original components.
■ Items show no signs of use and are in restockable condition.
■ Items are returned within 12 months of purchase (no more than 120 days for DissolveMark products).
■ Customer pays to have the items shipped to Bowling Green, Ohio, USA.
■ All returns must be preauthorized by a member of the Customer Experience team. 
■ For return authorization please call DayMark Customer Experience at 800.847.0101, Option #2
■ Returns must be labeled with an appropriate RMA number.
■ Credits will be issued once items have been received/inspected in Bowling Green, Ohio, USA.

 

Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing order online. Due to the fact we ship same day the order is received, there may be a restocking fee or charge to have order returned unopened.
