Hot Holding Thermometers are designed to assist in safely monitoring the holding temperatures of hot foods. With a large easy-to-read dial and HACCP guidelines printed on the face, Hot Holding Thermometers simplify safe holding procedures. Hot Holding Thermometers have a dual Fahrenheit and Celsius gauge ranging from 100° F to 180° F (38° C to 84° C) and are centered at 140° F, the minimum safe temperature for holding hot food according to HACCP guidelines. Hot Holding Thermometers are stainless steel and NSF approved.
