Ensuring Full Flavor
- Place 1 cup of water in the bottom of the pan to create a vapor barrier. Then place pan liner in proper pan size.
- Place food into the pan on the pan liner.
- Then cook, heat, steam or microwave.
- At the end of the shift, discard left over food or store in the pan liner for the next day with proper date coding.
- When food is gone, discard the pan liner and easily clean the pan.
