Ensuring Full Flavor

  1. Place 1 cup of water in the bottom of the pan to create a vapor barrier. Then place pan liner in proper pan size.
  2. Place food into the pan on the pan liner.
  3. Then cook, heat, steam or microwave.
  4. At the end of the shift, discard left over food or store in the pan liner for the next day with proper date coding.
  5. When food is gone, discard the pan liner and easily clean the pan.
